Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy - Blair TLV

At Blair TLV, it's important to us that you feel completely confident and satisfied with your choice. The policy below is formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Israel), 5741-1981.

1. Transaction Cancellation and Full Refund

  • Time frame: You may cancel a transaction and receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item or of receiving the document containing the transaction details (whichever is later).
  • Full refund: At Blair TLV, no cancellation fees are charged. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice and the returned item.
  • Special populations: In accordance with the law, a customer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date the transaction was made, from the date the item was received, or from the date the document containing the transaction details was received, whichever is later, provided that the transaction was entered into through a conversation (including a conversation via electronic communication).
  • Return conditions: A refund will be granted provided that the jewelry item is returned in its original packaging, intact, defect-free, and unused.

2. Exchanging Items

  • Time frame: Exchanges may be made within 30 business days of receiving the item.
  • The process: Please contact us through one of our service channels to receive a digital exchange form.
  • Shipping: Returning the item to our offices for exchange shall be carried out by the customer via registered mail with a tracking number only. Without a tracking number we will not be able to process the exchange. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Exceptions (Items That Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalization: Products that were made-to-order for the customer (such as personal engraving, special sizing made to order, etc.).
  • Perishable products: Products that cannot be reused or that lose their value (such as earrings - for hygiene reasons, exchange/return will only be possible if the original packaging has not been opened).
  • Use of the item: An item that has been damaged as a result of unreasonable use by the customer.

4. How to Notify Us of a Cancellation

In order for us to handle your request quickly, please include your full name, order number, and ID number in the cancellation notice. You can notify us of a cancellation in the following ways:

  • On the website: Filling out the transaction cancellation form in your personal account area.
  • Instagram: Direct message to the account @blair.tlv

5. Inspecting the Product

We want you to receive your jewelry in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the shipment, you are welcome to check that all items match your order. If you find any discrepancy or manufacturing defect, you can let us know throughout the entire 30-day period. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company will arrange for the product to be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to the customer.
