Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Blair TLV ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit blairtlv.com (the "Site"), buy from us or contact us, including through our Instagram account @blair.tlv (together, the "Services").

The Site is operated by Shilo Amar, Exempt Dealer (Osek Patur) No. 209847326, business address: 48 Bialik Street, Ramat Gan, Israel. For the purposes of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 1981, and any other applicable data protection law, we are the controller of your personal information.

Please read this policy carefully. You are not legally required to give us personal information, but without the details needed to complete an order we cannot process it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The updated policy will be published on the Site with a new "Last updated" date.

What information we collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact details: name, address, phone number and email.
  • Order details: billing and shipping address, payment confirmation, email and phone number. We do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by our payment providers.
  • Account details: the information used to sign in to your account and keep it secure.
  • Customer service details: anything you choose to include when you write to us, by email, chat or Instagram.

Information collected automatically: when you use the Site we collect information about your device, browser, network connection and IP address, and about how you use the Site ("Usage Data"). We do this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies ("Cookies").

Information from third parties: we receive information from the companies that help us run the Site and the Services, such as Shopify, which hosts our store, our payment providers, and our advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google.

How we use your information

  • To provide our products and Services: processing payments, fulfilling and shipping orders, handling returns and exchanges, sending order and account notifications, and managing your account.
  • Customer service: answering your questions and improving our Services.
  • Marketing: sending marketing messages by email or text message, only if you have given explicit consent, and showing you advertising on our Site and on other websites and platforms. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Security and fraud prevention: detecting and preventing fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity. Please keep your account details private and tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.
  • Legal obligations: complying with the law, enforcing our Terms of Use and protecting our rights and the rights of others.

We use Cookies to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used and measure and improve our advertising. Cookies that are not essential for the Site to work are used according to your choice in the cookie banner. Who we share information with

  • Service providers that work on our behalf, such as Shopify (store hosting), payment providers, shipping and fulfillment partners, customer service tools, cloud storage and analytics providers.
  • Advertising and marketing partners, such as Meta and Google, to show you relevant advertising, subject to your Cookie choices. They use information according to their own privacy policies.
  • Others, when you ask us to or give your consent, for example to ship your order.
  • Authorities or other parties, when required by law, to respond to legal requests, to enforce our Terms of Use or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Information outside Israel

Some of our service providers, including Shopify, store and process information outside Israel, including in Canada, the United States and the European Union. We share information with them only as needed to provide the Services, and they are required to protect it.

Third party websites

The Site may link to websites and platforms run by others, such as Instagram. Their privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Children

The Services are intended for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, keep your account, meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records, and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you have the right to review the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Depending on where you live, you may also have the rights to:

  • Receive a copy of your information, or have it transferred to someone else.
  • Ask us to delete your information or to restrict how we use it.
  • Withdraw consent you have given, including consent to marketing.
  • Object to the use of your information for targeted advertising.

To unsubscribe from marketing, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or write to us. We will still send you messages about your orders and account.

If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, or the data protection authority where you live.
